Customer Service

Exceptional customer service. That is our pledge to you the homeowner. At Cantera, we want to make your move to your new home as seamless as possible.

Before you take possession, one of our Home Team representatives will meet with you to walk you through your new home. During the walkthrough you will learn about your new home, appliances and systems, as well as Cantera's simple customer service request process. We will identify any items that may need attention prior to your move-in date, and more importantly we will answer any questions you may have.

The orientation takes about two hours and appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 2PM.
