Home Team Service Request
While we strive to build a defect-free home, we realize that there are times something in your new home may not perform as intended. Our criteria for qualifying warranty repairs is based on typical industry standards and we will rectify all warrantable items.
To request service, simply fill out the Home Team Service Request Form located in your Homeowner Manual and submit it by mail, fax (604-888-1828) or by e-Mail to email@example.com. You can also submit Home Team Service Requests online.
A Cantera Home Team Representative will contact you within 1-3 business days of receipt of your request. In order to minimize your inconvenience, and to keep our system at its most efficient, we suggest you save up your non-urgent requests to the eleventh month of the one year anniversary of your move-in date.
Cosmetic damage occuring during the move-in process or through any daily activities are not warrantable items. Therefore, after we correct any items noted during the orientation, repair of the cosmetic surface damage is your responsibility. This includes paint touch-up.
