Our team was able to complete construction of this project thirteen months after the building permit was issued.
Through out of the box thinking and innovative design, we were able to manage erosion and sediment control early in the construction process and eliminated the requirement to use sediment control tanks and ponds resulting in savings to the project of over $200,000.
In addition, due to civil ingenuity during site excavation and prep, we were able to save our developer partner an additional $264,000 in earthworks, and savings of $50,000 were attained by focusing on exterior envelope details.
