Project Walnut Grove Private Residence Renovation

This was a unique project for Cantera. The original home was built in the 1980's, and a separate 2 storey suite was completed in 2008. With a growing family, our client came to us requesting the garage which separated the main home from the 2 storey suite be demolished and rebuilt into a new 2 storey space to allow for more room. This required some creative thinking and design to seamlessly tie together the roof lines, and new space with the existing living spaces. The end result is one to be seen!
